With 2010 tipped to be a strong year for the caravan, camping and RV tourism sector as more Australians turn to value for money holidays, organisers of the NSW Caravan, Camping, RV and Holiday Supershow held at Rosehill Racecourse this April are confident that this year’s show will offer something for every budget.
For nine days from 17 to 25 April 2010, visitors can browse over 400 exhibitors displaying all the latest models and makes of caravans, motorhomes, campervans, camper trailers, 5th wheelers, slide-ons, tents and camping equipment, caravan and 4WD accessories, holiday park displays, tourism destinations and much more.
The Caravan and Camping Supershow is truly a one-stop-shop with a range of holiday destinations and touring product to browse and buy.
This year, there’s sure to be something to suit every budget, with everything from a $300,000 motorhome through to a $200 tent on display. Close to 80,000 visitors flock to Rosehill Racecourse each year to gear up for the holidays.
The Supershow Passport competition will again run at the Caravan and Camping Supershow, giving visitors the chance to win a Camel Camper Trailer and other caravan and camping prizes.
In an effort to promote eco-friendly travel, the Caravan and Camping Supershow will again offer visitors a FREE calico bag* to promote alternatives to plastic bags. Organisers of the show have also banned the use of plastic bags by exhibitors at the show and only biodegradable, paper, calico or starch based bags on exhibitor stands will be permitted.
‘Travel’n Green’ - the latest consumer environmental program developed by the CCIA – is also promoted at the Caravan and Camping Supershow to promote responsible and sustainable travel to visitors.
